Cascade Moto Portland is expanding its sales team and seeking a highly motivated CRM Sales Specialist with a passion for motorcycles. We are looking for an individual with strong closing and follow-up skills to join our dynamic team focused on high-end motorcycles.

Main Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
Keep the selling floor stocked and organized
Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
Inform customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in retail sales is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service
