Cannonball Harley-Davidson is seeking a Part-Time MotorClothes Associate to help create an unparalleled experience for our customers. As a motorclothes sales associate, you’ll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, making every customer feel welcomed, and ensuring that Harley enthusiasts are geared up for the ride. You’ll help our guests find just what they’re looking for, stock and replenish product to the floor, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper focused on the Cannonball Harley-Davidson experience.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide an amazing shopping experience that welcomes all and encourages customers to return. They’ll be impressed by your customer experience skills and product knowledge.
  • Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards
  • Work the register; you’ll process sales transactions and use your knowledge to drive add on sales
  • Assist with floor changes including wall, fixture, & merchandising with help from your leaders
  • Organize and clean stockroom and showroom merchandise

Qualification & Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you love the iconic style of Harley-Davidson, and long to be a part of a larger community, this is the place for you
  • Excitement in providing customer service and selling
  • A relentless attitude
  • Collaboration and communication are a must
  • Ability to stand and walk around during scheduled hours, reaching for merchandise using ladder, step stool and poles.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
