Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Call Center Supervisor who will work closely with a team of gearhead enthusiasts. The team will rely on you to provide direction on daily activities, feedback on individual job performance and help resolve customer and employee issues.
About the Job
- Mentoring, coaching and providing career development for call center gearheads.
- Conducting call monitoring sessions to ensure compliance with company guidelines while improving performance.
- Ensuring the new gearheads are trained and knowledge on systems and processes.
- Assisting in planning and carrying out individual and team incentives on a regular basis.
- Participating in the disciplinary action of gearheads and required proper documentation.
- Assisting in developing and maintaining gearhead reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Analyzing the performance results and makes suggestions on department improvements.
- Assisting in the facilitation of weekly team meetings to ensure effective communications.
- Assisting in managing service levels and making adjustments to call routing and scheduling.
- Keeping gearheads informed of inbound calls, calls waiting, abandonment rates, etc.
- Handling escalated customer calls
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Assisting in managing day-to-day tasks and other call center initiatives as directed by the department manager.
About You
- 3+ years supervisory leadership experience in a Call Center is required.
- 3+ years sales experience preferred (Power Sports industry).
- Proven success at leading and motivating others; includes all levels of employee performance feedback.
- Ability to work flex schedule to meet business needs, including nights and weekends.
- Strong Product and Bike (Dirt/Street) knowledge required.
