Qualifications In Brief:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor / Writer
  • Experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles
  • Service oriented
  • Great ability to up-sell labor and parts
  • Previous experience with Talon system helpful
  • Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Have a great eye for detail
  • Dedication to follow-through and closing service orders
  • Ability to efficiently follow procedures from start to finish
  • Handle sensitive customer situations with kid gloves
  • Provide excellent service to all customers (external and internal)
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously
  • Be a model of superior work
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and thorough background check
