Overview
The NA PA&A Coordinator is responsible to assist leading the collaboration between sales leaders, market planning, product development, marketing stakeholders and operational teams to ensure availability and create demand of PA&A through wholesale/commercial programs and retail strategies as well as ensuring delivery of PA&A sales and direct margin targets in NA.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in developing and deploying PA&A commercial strategies to achieve goals and objectives across all brands while managing program costs and margins.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key category focus, securing availability & creating demand by product line/segment.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of competitors’ sales programs & promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Create & deploy program booking tools.
- Keep finger on the pulse of the PA&A business, remaining in close contact with Zone Leaders, PA&A DSMs & ZSRs and dealers.
Your Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing
- Powersports or Automotive experience in functions related to parts, accessories and/or apparel an asset
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to influence and engage others
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience in influencing cross-functional teams while maintaining excellent relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
