Brand Ambassador – Full Time 40 hrs.

Elk Grove Power Sports is seeking a self-motivated individual who communicates well, and values customer satisfaction to join our award winning sales department. Candidate must be professional, friendly, detail oriented, and is able to multi-task. Duties would include selling motorcycles, watercraft, snowmobiles, and off-road vehicles, and offering extra products for the units. Huge earnings potential!
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties, all employees are expected to conform to the following:

Responsibilities:
-Welcomes customer by greeting them or offering assistance
-Advises customers by providing information on products
-Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions or opinions.
-Understands product lines by studying characteristics, capabilities and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
-Document leads and sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
-Stays in constant communication with Sales Manager throughout entire sales process involving qualifications, pricing, trade-ins, etc.
-Maintain clean and attractive showroom displays
-Meet monthly sales goals.
-Maintaining product knowledge
-Taking test rides with customers.
Requirements:
-Strong listening skills/ability to determine customer needs.
-Strong customer service skills/people skills.
-Dependable/Motivated for sales.
-General Math Skills
-Strong Verbal Communication Skills/ Telephoning Skills.
-Clean Driving Record/ M1 Endorsement highly recommended.
Recommendations:
–Prior sales experience
-Personal or professional experience in motorsports
