Finance / Sales Manager

Overview

BMW of Denver is looking to add to our team. We need an individual with a proven track record of success in a powersports finance / sales department. This person must possess the skills necessary to add additional profit to the sale of a bike while maintaining a good relationship with our customer. Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Confidence in ability to be successful.
Great attitude and outstanding work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Must have weekend availability.
Motorcycle experience in a dealership a plus.
Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
Be knowledgeable of state regulations regarding finance and the fair Credit Reporting act.
Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
Disclose financial information to customers.
Maintain good lender relations and evaluate new lender programs.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as requested by management.
2 years powersports Finance and Insurance experience preferred.
