Qualifications and requirements
Motorcycle license required
Knowledge of BMW products or motorcycles knowledge required
At least three years of management experience; experience in a sales environment is preferred
Execute long- and short-term sales strategies
Experience in establishing action plans to drive performance of sales
Communicate clearly and effectively
Must know how to desk a deal
Knowledge on Finance preferred
Flexibility to provide cover for store opening hours, including evenings and Saturdays
Honest, Hardworking, Great Communication Skills, Organized, Dependable, Problem Solver, Self- Starter
