Overview

Motorcycles of Charlotte is searching for a BMW Master Tech to join our thriving dept at one of the fastest growing Euro dealerships east of the Mississippi. We are a fast paced workshop and are looking for elite, reliable Techs. Excellent compensation for experienced Master Techs up to $30/hr flat rate and production bonus over 200 hours of $40/hr.  
Application Guidelines:

  • Must be BMW technically certifications (now up to level 3)
  • Must have own hand tools
  • Have and/or maintain technical qualifications for brands we carry
  • Keep a clean work area and workshop
  • Properly file all paperwork
  • Notify service desk of any additional parts or work needed and assess if this will cause any delays in accordance with completion date
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Be dependable and prompt while maintaining as close to 100% productivity or better.
  • Valid motorcycle endorsement
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (drug test and background check)
  • Ability to accurately explain and justify all repairs and repair times
