Our urban Southern California BMW Motorrad dealership is looking for a personable, motivated enthusiast for a full-time Sales Advisor position. Previous retail and/or motorcycle sales experience a plus. Job duties include:
- Promotes and sells BMW products: new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, service, and sponsored events.
- Offers highest level of customer service.
- Achieves center’s gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Builds and maintains long-term, one-to-one relationships with BMW clients.
- Serves as the first point of contact between the client and the BMW center.
- Anticipates clients’ long-term vehicle and service needs throughout the client’s relationship with the center.
- Promotes BMW standards for superior client, employee, and BMW center management.
- Accomplishes routine tasks in support of the department
You should be a self-starting multi-tasker willing to work with a diverse staff.
Required computer skills include Windows and MS Office.
