Job Title- General Manager 
Summary Description
Manages team members and operations of the Dealership. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, driven, organized and have an understanding of dealership operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership and the ability to build a strong  team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Desking and closing deals, overcoming customer objections while providing an excellent purchase experience.

Manage and Monitor CRM

Hold Department Managers Accountable

Provide Customers with excellent customer service

Drive Unit Sales and Profitability by following sales processes

Exceeding monthly sales goals

Qualifications and Job Requirements

·         Experience with fit to ride sales process a plus

·         Prefer knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles

·         Experience with Dealer Management System software and CRM

·         Must have a valid Motorcycle Endorsement

·         Prior GM experience preferred or prior Sales Management experience preferred

·         Outgoing and energetic
