Overview
Salary Range: $31,200 TO $70,000
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Closed Sunday & Monday
Pay: Weekly (Based on experience and qualifications)
Review: 90-day performance review with potential pay increase

At ARS Powersports, we specialize in servicing top brands in the industry including Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and CF Moto. We’re looking for a dedicated Service Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a motivated, team-oriented shop.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair side-by-sides, ATVs, motorcycles, and watercraft
Rebuild engines and perform full-service maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues accurately
Work efficiently and complete jobs in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals
Qualifications:
Prior experience working on powersports vehicles
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical systems
Skilled in engine rebuilds is a strong plus
Must be reliable and punctual
Team player with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
