Sales training
Travel with outside reps as needed to expand sales training
(Coordinated with N.S. Mgr) 50%
Event Participation
Including Americade, Daytona Bike Week and Cycle Gear Expo
Requires coordinating of all aspects of the event
(Personnel, travel, housing, schedule, equipment, etc.)
IN HOUSE 50%
Facilitate Product Movement
Identify and track “overstocked/slow” moving product
Create programs to encourage interest in “overstock/slow” moving product
Co-ordinate with RSM’s & Reps a plan to target key accounts to move “overstock/slow” moving product
Liaison between sales & products departments
Assist individual sales personnel with special programs for specific dealers
Assist RSM’s & sales force to promote successful Sales Promotions
Monitor inventory quantities sufficient to support promotions
Provide sales force with “Best Selling List” by categories
2) Export Accounts
Develop foreign markets (outside South America)
Keep accounts current re: new product, price changes, etc.
Frequent contact thru voice & electronic means
3) MAP Policy
Monitor known trouble sites on a regular bases
Notify reps whose accounts are out of compliance
Send violation letters as needed
Confer with consul as needed
4) Consumer emails
Co-ordinate with customer service as needed
Receive and review emails
Assist C.S as needed on response
5) Product training
Work with new reps on initial training
Clinic C.S. as requested
6) Marketing Department
Discuss magazines to keep or drop
Discuss product to be used for ads
Co-ordinate ads with promotions
7) Product Development
Talking to consumers at events
Reading trade & consumer magazines
(Both American & foreign)
Watch on-line web sites for competing product being discontinued
(What’s not selling, or being updated)?
MSF Program
Keep MSF instructors “unofficial” web site current
Identify & contact non MSF instructor organizations
Day to day business normally handled by C.S.
