Overview
Job activities include:
- Perform data entry work to place collected data into the company database, placing special emphasis on data integrity and accuracy
- Assess data to ensure its confidentiality and integrity is maintained throughout the time that it is in use
- Support new strategy, process design, reporting, and communications
- Collect and track data on inventory, key vendors, and ongoing promotions
- Analyze data metrics to determine areas for performance and process improvement
- Assist in investigating challenges within processes and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies
- Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes
- Work closely with teams across company divisions to identify and establish contact with third-party groups to ensure data is obtained in a timely manner and in accordance with specific guidelines
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrable intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office Suite with heavy emphasis on Excel
- Experience collecting, validating, and analyzing data. Must be able to manipulate data and summarize results
- Must have a passion for accuracy and a strong drive to assist in creation of new processes and utilize tools that have yet to be explored; it is essential to be able to maintain a balance between the details and the larger picture
- Healthy dose of skepticism and willingness to question the validity and accuracy of data sets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with demonstrated ability to organize and schedule work effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of process-related experience
- Familiarity with Full Circle
- Experience in the powersports industry, knowledge of products
Position is located in Torrance, CA and is an office position. Remote not an option. We are looking for local candidates.
