LS2 Helmets, one of the fastest growing brands in the action sports industry, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to sell our profitable line of quality motorcycle helmets, apparel and gloves. This is a work from home position. Necessary office equipment will be provided. You will need to have a proper workspace with a clean backdrop for a professional look during company meetings. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Sell motorcycle dealers on the benefits and profitability of our helmet, apparel and glove lines
  • Execute sales campaigns and keep making phone calls with the goal of gaining more dealers who are happy LS2 customers
  • Manage your accounts inventory levels to ensure the highest profitability for your accounts
  • Log all incoming requests through SAP Enterprise system accurately – continually researching and evolving opportunities throughout the customers experience with customer service, following prescribed training modules
  • Research and ask the right questions to learn about customer’s main concerns, answer those concerns and turn them into happy and loyal customers
  • Carry our customer-centric/brand-centric message to our customers
  • Understand our products’ features and benefits so you can offer current information to customers
  • Communicate with your team and managers, keeping them informed of trends and concerns in the marketplace
  • Share successful actions with your inside sales team
  • Attend meetings (currently online video) when required, and contribute where needed
  • Collaborate and positively communicate with the sales director, accounting, operations, traffic team, and customer service members in answering questions regarding delivery, invoicing, and other customer challenges
  • Be the teammate that you would like to work with
  • Show up on-time, 8 to 5 Monday – Friday with a smile in your voice and a desire to win
