Overview
We are looking for all levels of Electrical or Mechanical Engineer candidates with 1 – 10 years of experience to join an amazing team. Responsibilities would include:
- Executing vehicle system level verification and integration of BEV and ICE controls systems and feature functionality, conducting both in-lab bench and in-vehicle testing, vehicle level troubleshooting, and develop test plans.
- Work cohesively with a group of engineers responsible for the integration of electrification components and establish vehicle and subsystem requirements/control points that result in setting the final software & hardware specifications of global ATV & SxS new models and mass production vehicles.
- Maintain accurate technical, development, and administrative documentation as required.
- Significant on-vehicle work involving test tracks, high feature test facilities, and environmental test chambers.
- System/Verification engineers work in a cross-functional team, are expected to handle multiple projects/priorities, and frequently balance planned and unplanned work.
Required Skills/Experience includes:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to work in a project start-up environment
- Battery, Motor and Inverter
- Designing hardware or software
- Testing, validating or research of battery, motor or inverter
Familiarity in one or several areas:
- Battery Electric Vehicle Systems (Electric Motors, Drive Units, Power Electronics, HV Batteries)
- Vehicle or System-Level Calibration
- ICE or Conventional Transmission Development or Validation
- Instrumentation & Test Automation
