Job Overview

•       This is a full time hourly position at AIROH USA HQ.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Visitor and Call Management:

  • Greet office visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist visitors with purchases, returns, exchanges etc.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries, and accurately delivering messages to the relevant personnel.

 

Office Equipment Operation:

  • Utilize basic office equipment such as computers, printers and scanners proficiently.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of office equipment.

 

Data Entry and Order Processing:

  • Use the organization’s “back end” system for entering customer orders and retrieving requested information.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to support various departments.

 

Administrative & Sales Support:

  • Assist colleagues with tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office through multitasking and effective time management.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel) and google drive. Knowledge of CRM system QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as on team-oriented projects.
  • Detail oriented and strategically driven, possessing strong time management & organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Must be a flexible and resourceful self-starter.
  • Hold a valid state issued driver’s license with willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs and work outdoors when necessary.
