Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s brand presence and generate leads. This position requires a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing tactics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across different teams. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in implementing campaigns, conducting market research, managing social media platforms, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution:

– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (email, social media, SEO, paid ads), print, and events.

– Coordinate marketing activities, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and meet the campaign objectives.

2. Content Creation:

– Develop and edit content for marketing materials such as blogs, email newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.

– Work with creative teams to design visually appealing graphics and assets for campaigns.

3. Social Media Management:

– Oversee social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.

– Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.

– Analyze data from campaigns to assess performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

5. Event Coordination:

– Help organize events, including logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up communication.

– Assist with pre-event promotions and post-event evaluations.

6. Collaboration & Communication:

– Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and product development to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

– Communicate effectively with external partners, vendors, and agencies to facilitate campaign execution.

7. Administrative Support:

– Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including managing schedules, tracking budgets, and preparing reports.

– Maintain organized files and documentation for marketing projects.

8. Amateur Athlete Support:

-Manage the sponsorship and endorsement programs for amateur athletes, ensuring that partnerships align with Airoh’s values and marketing objectives.

-Serve as a point of contact for sponsored athletes, providing them with the necessary resources and support to promote the brand effectively.

-Assist with athlete appearances, events, and promotional activities, ensuring smooth coordination and maximized exposure.

-Track the performance and impact of athlete partnerships, providing reports and feedback to improve future marketing strategies.

-Foster positive relationships with amateur athletes, creating an environment of collaboration and mutual support.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

– 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles (internships or freelance work may be considered).

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, and marketing software (e.g., Attentive, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).

– Knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Twitter, etc.).

– Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools is a plus.

– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Creative thinking with the ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 

Working Conditions:

– Full-time position, with occasional overtime required during peak campaign periods or event coordination.

– Travel may be required for events.
