Aiken Motorcycle is a Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, & Suzuki dealership and has been in business since 1965 in the CSRA.

We are seeking a Service Manager to became a part of our team. We are located in Aiken, SC which is approximately 30 miles from Augusta, GA and approximately 50 miles from Columbia, SC. We are a Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki Kawasaki dealership with a large customer service base. We work on most makes & models of motorcycles, ATV, SxS, & PWC along with Honda & Yamaha Power Equipment.

Pay will be salary plus incentive based to shop productivity & efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with OEM Tech Lines & Regional OEM Tech managers as needed
  • Communicate with customers & provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage repair scheduling & increase service department efficiency & productivity
  • Must be self motivated, communicate well, & value customer satisfaction
  • Manage technicians & assist as needed with any service department problems
  • Maintain professionalism at all times

​Qualifications:

  • Technical experience in motorcycle repair
  • Automotive or Motorcycle Industry Service Management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
