Position Overview

As a Parts Associate, you’ll be the go-to person helping riders find the right parts, accessories, and upgrades for their bikes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking motorcycles, learning new products, and being part of a fast-paced, rider-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers at the parts counter, on the phone, and online
  • Sell OEM and aftermarket dirt bike parts and accessories
  • Look up parts accurately and efficiently
  • Support the Service Department with parts requests and orders
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
  • Maintain clean, organized displays and stock areas
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for dirt bikes and the powersports lifestyle
  • Previous parts, retail, or powersports experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Willingness to learn parts systems, brands, and fitment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
