Overview

AEO Powersports Murrieta is looking for a full time experienced Sales Associate.

A Sales Associate position at AEO Powersports Murrieta is an exciting, fast paced, rewarding position for Powersports enthusiasts. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for sharing knowledge with customers, in an effort to help them find their perfect bike. This position is perfect for an outgoing applicant with a passion for the sport, who is ready to advance their career in the Powersports industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:

•  Ensure customers feel welcome and taken care of.
•  Greet customers and log Sales Customers information for future follow-up.
•  Answer customer’s questions about products in the store.
•  Follow the Sales Process to ensure all customers receive exceptional customer service.
•  Provide energy and positivity to the work environment.

Qualifications:

•  Technological literacy (basic computer functions, phones, etc.)
•  Customer Service and Communication skills.
•  Personal or professional Powersports experience preferred.
•  Previous Sales experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills Excellent customer service and negotiation skills

Physical/Working Conditions: 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
