Powersports Parts Associate

We are looking for a Powersports Parts Associate to work in the parts department at a dealership selling motorcycles, atv’s and side by sides. Duties:
– Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
– Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their needs
– Utilize OEM catalogs, order management systems, and other resources to accurately identify and order parts
– Process parts orders, including picking, packing, and shipping/receiving
– Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to parts orders
– Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Experience:
– Previous experience in an powersports repair, equipment repair, or dealership environment preferred
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders
– Excellent communication and customer service skills to sell parts and accessories
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Basic computer skills and proficiency in using order management systems

This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
