Description:
NPA is currently seeking an exceptional Office Administrator assistant who can be productive and effective in an extremely fast paced environment. Successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals looking for a challenging career opportunity. This person must have a strong work ethic be meticulous and detailed with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. The Office Administrator assistant will be a professional yet assertive collaborator, responsible for assisting and supporting NPA's sale team by organizing and orchestrating daily consignment and office tasks, as well as, providing feedback and well thought out ideas for strategic growth.

• Organized and efficient administrator with strong multi-tasking abilities
• Outgoing personality with a desire to learn and grow with the company
• Effectively work with the operations and logistics team
• Offer insightful, helpful and correct information to customers telephonically and personally
• Build key relationships with new and existing Dealers and provide a high level of customer service
• Mitigate and resolve any situations that arise, elevating them to management when necessary
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus during peak business times
• Perform general office tasks such as filing, answering phones, giving directions
• Maintain and continuously develop strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enforce NPA's rules and policies.

Regular full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm position. Some overtime required during Cincinnati Auction week as well as, the Saturday before Auction, hours may vary.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of office experience. Must be computer literate and have experience with Word, Excel and have accurate typing skills.

Motorcycle dealer experience
Customer service experience
DMV Experience
Auction Experience
