Harley-Davidson General Manager
We are searching for an experienced, talented and progressive-minded Harley-Davidson General Manager for our dealership client in the Eastern United States. If you or someone you know is interested in earning well north of six figures plus excellent health benefits plus relocation assistance, and have a history of moving the needle in each of your previous roles, we should talk. This is an opportunity to grow a store with HUGE potential in a highly desired metropolitan area.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on sales and finance “desking” experience, as well as stellar team building, staff training and business development skills. You must be professional, appropriate, respectful of others at all times, able to stay cool under pressure and make excellent decisions on the fly. You will not be micro-managed, and you will have the support you need to get the job done!
We are looking for someone with bullet-proof integrity and consistently good judgement. You must be able to nurture and support a healthy work environment.
