Master Marine Technicians ($100-$120k + relocation and benefits)
Location: Texas
Our thriving multi-line powersports and busy boat dealership in Texas is looking for a highly motivated and experienced A-Level Master Marine Technician. The ideal candidates has a minimum of 7 years experience on a variety of brands. Potential earnings range from $100k – $120k+ per year + benefits, relocation assistance and room for advancement.
Qualifications
· Successful work history, track record and documented high-performance results in the marine industry
· Strong leadership skills; leads by example
· Comfortable in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
· Interested in continuing education and career advancement
· Passion for the products and desire to do a great job
Additional Requirements
· Must own your own tools
· High school diploma or GED
· Clean driving record
· Solid work history with professional references
· Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Compensation and Benefits
The exact compensation package will be based on your previous experience and future performance. It will range from $100,000 – $120,000+ per year plus excellent benefits, relocation assistance and the opportunity for advancement.
