Overview

Our Accounting professional works as part of the Accounting team to ensure efficiency and accountability for our premier dealerships.
 
Some of what you’ll do:
 

  • Provide Accounts Receivable support for posting, billing and collections.This includes our factory receivable, warranty, rebates, co-op, customer receivable and financing receivable
  • Provide Account Payable support for reconciliation of invoices and statements to purchase orders, postings, and preparation of check disbursement
  • Ensure professional, timely and efficient communications with our vendors and creditors
  • Posting of all expenses, in a timely manner, to the appropriate departments
  • Partner and foster a positive working relationship with all other colleagues
  • Assist the Accounting team and managers with other duties as assigned
     
    Experience and/or Education Needed:
     
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent work experience to a 4 year degree
  • 4+ years accounting receivables/payables experience
  • Automated accounting systems, Lightspeed is highly desired
  • Powersports accounting background preferred
  • A friendly demeanor and fun personality are a huge plus
