Harley Davidson of Scottsdale is looking for an energetic accountant to help the team ensure efficiency and accountability for its premier dealership!

Job Summary:

Our Accountants are responsible for a variety of general accounting duties and support, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the accounting data so our leaders can make informed decisions.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Provide account reconciliation and analysis support
  • Prepare and enter journal entries
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Prepare monthly sales and other tax reports
  • Assist with ad hoc reports and analysis as requested
  • Provide other accounting support as assigned

Experience and/or Education Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree, higher education accounting coursework or equivalent or advanced training preferred
  • Minimum of four years accounting experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail; accuracy is imperative
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
  • Must be dependable, responsible, self-managed and follow through with minimum direction
  • Must demonstrate sound judgment and ability to prioritize
  • Work well with others, be an effective team member

Computer Experience Needed:

  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel, familiar with a professional office environment and equipment
  • Experience with automated accounting systems is required and experience with LightSpeed is a plus
