Are you passionate about motorcycles and ready to take your skills to the next level? 3Bros is looking for a skilled and motivated Motorcycle Technician to join our team! What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 year as a motorcycle repair technician.
  • Certification: OEM certifications from MMI preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain two-stroke and four-stroke engines and electrical systems.
  • Brand Experience: KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas experience preferred.
  • Tools: Must provide your own basic tools.
  • Physical Stamina: This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires standing for long periods and moving motorcycles by hand.
  • Attention to Detail: We value precision, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge required for diagnostics and record-keeping.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve electrical issues and mechanical concerns.
  • Inspect motorcycles and recommend additional services as needed.
  • Prepare detailed parts lists and labor estimates for each job.
  • Communicate test results and findings to the Service Manager and customers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Conduct test rides to ensure top performance.
