Job Description:

Seeking qualified coaches/ facilitators/ trainers with automotive/powersports training and retail (preferred) experience. Trainer candidates will be expected to train on product and facilitate sessions that will improve dealership processes to elevate the customer experience and grow sales. These training sessions will be both live and virtual. Candidates must be comfortable speaking in front of groups both in-person & live. This position will require overnight travel.

Candidates need to possess a strong understanding of processes within each of the following dealership departments: sales, service, parts & accessories, and apparel & licensing. Candidates with preferred experience in the following areas will considered:

Program Defined: 

·         Designed to serve training for all four departments. Motorcycle Sales, Service, Parts & Accessories, Apparel & Licensing

The program will contain curriculum focused on knowledge and skills improvement within each dealership department and will support all dealership personnel

·         Process and product training:

Through Dealership Management consultation,  Coaches will identify and deliver on-target coaching that aims to improve each dealerships processes and product knowledge

·         Become the “go-to” sales process and product experts:

Coaches are uniquely qualified to provide retail expertise not only in their Coaching Sessions with dealerships, but as follow-up resources for dealership personnel

·         Provide consistent quality between in-person or virtual trainings:

The structure and format of curriculums allow the Coaches to deliver a consistent message regardless of the medium utilized, which benefits each dealership that receives coaching sessions

·         Coaching not consulting:

The program focuses on improving the performance of dealership front-line personnel, working to enhance skills within dealerships’ existing processes

·         Building trust within the dealership:

Coaches work to develop a strong relationship with their assigned dealerships to become a long-term trusted resource for Dealership Management and Departmental Teams

Qualifications:

Retail experience in an automotive/powersports dealership. Retail sales preferred
Event or dealership Facilitation/Training/Coaching experience of automotive/ powersports personnel & product training
Must be fluent in Microsoft Suite of Products. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook
Customer experience training selling skills and the customer path
Strong understanding and ability to improve processes within following dealership departments. Sales, Parts & Service, AccessoriesApparel & Licensing
*Must have a motorcycle endorsement
