Large Dealership seeking an experienced book keeper proficient with Lightspeed/CDK, Quickbooks and Office Suite.
General duties:
Keep up with all incoming/outgoing accounts
Payroll
Quarterly summaries for CPA
Sale tax payments
Cash management
Assist owner on specific tasks
Inventory oversight
Reporting
Any applicant must be very well experienced with high volume stores. This position would not be suitable for a beginner or someone who has only minor volume.
Applicants must be willing and able to have full background, credit and driving history checks. We are looking for someone with clean history only.
