This dealership is very different from traditional OEM dealerships and people who can work “outside the OEM box” are needed. Each team member is expected to perform on very high levels and have a “Get it done Right” attitude.

For the position of the Business Manager, this requires many facets of a person. The Business Manager closes all the deals started by the sales people and has an opportunity to offer extended warranties and other programs that are applicable to the individual bike. Beyond that, the Business Manager is responsible to go through all the sales deals to verify details and make any corrections needed.
Creativity in financing solutions for our customers is always a top priority for the Business Manager.

This company requires a person that has very good knowledge of used motorcycles and how to finance them. Knowing how to contact different lenders, working the system to find new money and also being very computer savvy to utilize all the newer programs for financing applications is mandatory. Using a common sense approach to all aspects of the job is very important. Knowledge of the dealership system of Lightspeed is required.

The company has many benefits over typical dealerships and the hours of operation is a big one. They are only open 5 days a week and closed on Sun-Mon. They offer health insurance, 401k and paid vacation.
