We are a Euro enthusiast motorcycle shop independently/family owned for 23 years, currently the highest volume dealer in state for the brands we represent.

 

Qualifications:

Passion and knowledge of BMW offerings

Great customer service and people skills

Fluent in Computer/network use, bonus points for experience with Lightspeed Evo

Able to ride and operate up to 950lb motorcycles

Available to work Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday/Monday but answering email leads advisable when closed to earn commission/retain sale.

Bi-lingual a plus

 

Responsibilities:

Manage BMW inventory/major unit orders through BMW dealer management site

Manage shop website inventory database and Cycle Trader listings (linked to populate from our website which populates from our DMS)

Cultivate, respond and assign leads (you’ll be selling and managing new leads to be shared with sales staff for all brands)

Manage promoting BMW offerings through specific co-op events and community involvement

Liaison to BMW area reps and various corporate support reps

Gather wholesale bids for trades we are not interested in re-selling

Base salary plus commission, relocation or tiered sign on bonus available for turn key candidate. Paid vacation for 2 weeks per full calendar year worked, 1 week sick/personal leave, paid holidays if they fall on a work day. Employer contribution towards health and/or dental coverage. Paid training (BMW has many online classes and occasional sales meetings/product intros that require paid travel)

We're very active in the riding community from rider rallies to racing on or off-road and the occasional local bike night. Very low staff turn over.
