Responsibilities include:


Providing exceptional customer service with great communication skills and product knowledge

Produce vendor orders daily

Evaluate and maintain stocking levels

Receiving and warehousing stock and special orders

Retail merchandising hard parts/accessories

Manage 1-3 employees

On going training provided by OEM’s (primarily BMW)

File and monitor parts/accessory warranty claims



Tuesday through Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm, Closed Sunday and Monday

2 years experience in parts department of powersports or automotive (majority of our OEM parts sales are BMW and more akin to car inventory management systems)

Proficiency with Lightspeed EVO software (or a quick learner with previous inventory/POS software experience)

Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories

Desire to grow and find opportunities to succeed

High school diploma


Preference given to:

Experience with e-commerce or able to implement a full e-commerce suite. (commission available)

Motorcycle rider active in community

Clean driving record



Relo allowance or signing bonus for active parts managers of a BMW or KTM group franchise available

Compensation $42k-$65k annual plus e-commerce commission/bonuses.
