Charlotte based dealership looking for a motivated, team driven General Sales Manager/Sales Manager for a large volume multi-line metric store. Candidates must have proven leadership skills, track record and the ability to develop and manage a sales team. This person is responsible for producing a profitable sales department, outstanding customer experience and retaining a trained knowledgeable staff:
1) Minimum 3 years leadership or management experience in Powersports Industry
2) Strong ability to negotiate, close, and present deals to our clientele.
3) Excellent computer and phone skills including use of CRM, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
4) Consistent and stable work history
5) Arrange training and scheduling for all Sales department staff
6) Address performance successes and shortcomings as necessary
7) Maintain a positive working relationship with employees and other departments
