Overview

The (BDR) Business Development Representative’s primary job function is to act as a central point of contact for all inbound inquiries and to set appointments for customers to meet directly with appropriate store personnel. The BDR will also perform duties as a sales assistant by performing administrative duties on behalf of the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle all inbound calls to the sales department
Respond to all web-leads using a combination of outbound calls, emails, and texts
Perform traffic log follow up on unsold traffic( UST) on a scheduled basis per the planner functions in the CRM
Make campaign calls (supplemented with texts and emails) on any campaigns as directed by the sales manager and General manager. Campaign calls include but are not limited to Motomate calls,used bike purchase calls, CXI calls, service campaigns, and service RO follow up calls.
Maintain and update an electronic floor log, ensuring that data on all floor traffic customer detail is entered
Maintain files showing detail on appointments set, appointments kept, and units sold
The BDR will receive training and will be expected to be proficient in establishing rapport with prospects via phone, text and emails. Scripts/bullet points will be provided to enable the BDR to identify and respond to objections.
