My Client, a top-performing Harley-Davidson dealer group with multiple locations in the Southeast is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to oversee the Service and Parts Departments across all stores. Key Result Areas
Strict implementation and adherence to process is required in this fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Service & Parts best practices including but not limited to:

Service appointment process
Service retention
CXI follow up
Shop productivity & efficiency
Service upsell
Labor & parts per R.O. tracking
Multi point inspection process
Parts to service process
Ability to hire and maintain a team across both departments
A strong focus and determination for superior CXI scores
A commitment to supporting the sales department.

Qualifications and Requirements
Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle a must.
Experience and proven success in a dealership environment a plus.
Harley-Davidson specific experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, leadership potential, and ability to work well in a team.
TALONes, H-D Net, HDU, and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
