Service Manager-MIDWEST-Powersports-$100,000!
Huge opportunity in a desirable location in the Midwest. Year-round business in a super-multi-line powersports dealership. Up to ~$100,000 opportunity based on performance. This is a growing dealership group with room for future advancement both in responsibility and locations!
Service Management Requirements:
Knowledge of Service Best Practice processes. (Service Appointment Process, First Service Retention, CSI Follow Up, Shop Productivity, Efficiency, Service Upsell, Hours per R/O, Parts per R/O, Multi Point Inspection Process, Parts to Service Process, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple Technicians and Advisors.
A strong focus and determination for superior CSI scores.
A commitment to supporting the Sales Department.
Multi-brand knowledge and Lightspeed experience a plus.
