General Manager – Multi Line Powersports – Mid-Atlantic – $200,000+
Our Client is a well known Multi Line Motorcycle dealer in the Mid Atlantic Region with an unlimited opportunity for performance and growth for the right General Manager. Powersports experience is required.
$200,000+ compensation package with performance results!
Requirements:
General Management:
-Establishes and communicates operating policies and procedures for dealership.
-Ensures departments maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives.
-Holds department managers accountable for established monthly and annual objectives and financial goals.
-In collaboration with the Owner, makes recommendations/changes to the operating plan and related budgets.
-Manages recruitment, interviewing, hiring and termination of staff.
-Conducts performance reviews on a regular basis for direct reports.
-Coordinates interdepartmental communication to maximize profitability and CSI scores.
Sales Management: Train and Assist the Sales and F&I Team:
-Sales Team: Hire, train, and enforce salespeople’s use of Sales Process.
-Set Goals: Establish overall department monthly objectives, daily salesperson objectives. Design special incentive programs for salespeople including regular spiffs and contests.
-F & I Dept.: Coordinate cooperation between dedicated F&I and Sales Departments and review deals each day for completion and opportunity.
-Inventory: Manage new and used inventory, OEM programs, incentives, and relationships.
Qualifications:
-GM or GSM experience a plus
-Powersports Dealer Management is a plus
