Parts Department key knowledge:

Multi brand knowledge and/or experience
Exceptional personnel management and leadership skills
Ability to effectively communicate to staff on multiple levels
Experience with Ecommerce sales a plus
Experience with inventory management software and Lightspeed
Proven ability to forecast, budget and exceed goals
Must provide high level of customer satisfaction
Knowledge of best practices: Cycle Count, Accessorized showroom units, Parts to Service Dept., etc
Experience with supplier relationships (T-R, P/U, etc).

Service Management:
Knowledge of Service Best Practice processes. (Service Appointment Process, First Service Retention, CSI Follow Up, Shop Productivity, Efficiency, Service Upsell, Hours per R/O, Parts per R/O, Multi Point Inspection Process, Parts to Service Process, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple Technicians and Advisors.
A strong focus and determination for superior CSI scores.
A commitment to supporting the Sales Department.
Multi-brand knowledge and Lightspeed experience a plus.
