Ultimate Seats USA is a small business in Ormond Beach, FL. We are customer-centric, rewarding, collaborative and our goal is to manufacture, sell and service the most comfortable motorcycle seats in the world!.
We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic and energetic individual to become part of our team. This successful candidat will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and providing great customer service. Our Sales and Service Techs are often the first point of contact for customers’ product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to understand and articulate company policies.
This person will also install seats on motorcycles for customer purchases and test rides.
Also a plus if there is some marketing and advertising background.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service customers.
- Install seats on customers bikes.
- Diagnose customer issues and help solve them.
