UNLOCK your potential

As part of UBCO’s sales organization, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key extension of UBCO’s sales team responsible for generating new and high-quality client prospects and pipelines. The right SDR has B2B experience, especially in a business opportunities capacity. Anyone working in E/V, Auto Sales, Franchise Sales, and Powersports Sales should apply. You will work directly with sales to support and deliver effective inbound and outbound initiatives such as phone calls, emailing, direct mailers, events, and networking creating an environment for you to work within our CRM (HubSpot).

This role will start as a remote position but may be called into an office if one exists in your area, with an opportunity of outside sales roles in the future.

OWN the Sales Development Space

  • Generate new and high-quality sales-qualified prospects into Hubspot.
  • Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis (25 new leads per day, 5 qualified appointments per week)
  • Research companies of various sizes and verticals and identify key contacts; perform account intelligence as needed and enter all relevant information into Hubspot.
  • Convert prospects into potential customers via telephone and email (25 prospecting emails per day, 100 calls per day)
  • Work with prospects to understand their key business E/V initiatives and the quantifiable impact solutions UBCO could provide
  • Respond to sales leads from marketing-generated activities and campaigns.
  • Eagerly participate in your own personal development as well as contribute to team learning opportunities.
  • Manage the CRM database (Hubspot) and run campaigns to drive new leads
  • Understand market positioning and UBCO’s value proposition

BUILD on your experience

  • You have 2 years of sales, customer, or lead generation experience
  • You are proficient with Hubspot CRM solutions
  • You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • You have an internal motivation and drive to succeed in a goal-driven position
  • You are willing to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
  • You possess the ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
  • You show an eagerness to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
  • You are self-assured, curious, and not afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to a cold contact
  • You are a hard worker with a strong sense of urgency
