Brand Specialist – Tucker Powersports – Fort Worth, TX

The Brand Specialist (Rider Support) position will assist with the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing programs to support, enhance and maintain the brand image. This position is responsible for managing the overall product offering for multiple brands, rider support and/or builder support, social media coordination, web support and customer support including but not limited to technical support, fitment, and warranty. This position will provide the exchange of information with the supply chain for all brand information.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the development and execution of all key brand initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to support, enhance, and maintain the brand image.
2. Assist with the development and presentation of new product introduction plans, coordinating sales launch activities, and new product releases.
3. Support brand with new part number set up, fitment updates and bar code / UPC creation
4. Support the brands sponsored race and or build efforts including rider / builder support, events and marketing
5. Support Brand Managers with supplier, design and merchandise staff, and the supply chain in the development of new products
6. Provide support for the exchange of information with the supply chain for all brand information. This includes but is not limited to the exchange of product pricing, supplier information and product details for the supply chain’s purchasing/inventory management, training, and sales functions.
7. Assist in development of print and web-based brand catalogs, web site D2C development, upkeep and maintenance
8. Coordinate the process of discontinuing product with supply chain.
9. Assist with the management of brand warranty
10. Support Brand team with conducting and reviewing market research to anticipate market trends.
11. Maintain open lines of daily communication with supply chain sales via email and telephone.
12. Represent the brand at critical trade, consumer show and race events

Education:
Mandatory Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in product development.
2. 3+ years of experience in marketing.
3. 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or sponsorship events, sports management and/or sports industry
4. Familiarity with segment and/or product specialty of the brand.
5. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Working Conditions:
- Works in an office environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Occasional travel will be required to races, rallies and / or trade shows. May include weekends and extended hours
