Location: Corona, CA

This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining high customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison to the International Sales Team by providing product and service information and resolving logistic challenges.  In addition, this position will support the International Sales team with daily tasks, uploading orders, processing shipments, returns and special handling requests.  This position will need to work closely with merchandising on WIP reports, overseas factories on shipping documents and accounting on payment.

Under general supervision the International Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for all administrative details within the International Sales department. The successful candidate will assist with the flow of department activities that include logistics coordination and sales administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage communication of all dates associated with drop ship orders (XF Date, ETD, ETA, and GTM).
  • Point of contact for various accounts for sales administration needs
  • Communicate with international distributors to coordinate shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate payments for US and drop ship orders for prepaid customers.
  • Provide logistics team with distributor shipping information.
  • Maintain detailed records on all international customers.
  • Assist with tracking warranty credits.
  • Assist with tracking the growth rebate credits.
  • Manage inventory updates (part number changes, dropped products).
  • Create and maintain international order forms.
  • Data entry into NetSuite.
  • Communicate drop ship and USA order confirmations with international customers.
  • Communicate product booking information.
  • Building and Maintaining sales reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Generally, requires a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of progressively responsible experience in sales, logistics, accounting and/or related fields. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with adequate Excel skills. ERP systems knowledge in NetSuite is a plus.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience in related field preferred.

  • Understanding/knowledge of B2B platform processes
  • Fact based approach and willing to understand the detail of the business and its transactions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks according to required deadlines. Flexibility to switch gears with little notice
  • Sound communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with operating management, with a strong service orientation. Capable to explain issues and recommend solutions.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and action oriented

JUDGEMENT/REASONING ABILITY:  Ability to recognize discrepancies and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Requires ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when issues need to be escalated.
