Duties & Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To):

  • Work cross functionally with multiple departments to prep print orders.
  • Proof and file preparation: ensure print files for production are properly built and work with specified parameters per customer request, on a per-project basis.
  • Review all projects, ensuring the proper placement, sizing, grammar, and typography.
  • Process artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Send print jobs to Roland Plotter/printing on color print heat transfer paper.
  • “Weed-out” printed paper to get name and number logos ready for heat pressing onto customer jerseys.
  • Press name and number logos onto Jersey’s using heat press machine.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets for all orders coming in and going out each day.
  • Produce monthly reports in Excel.
  • Maintain printer and supplies as need for the print room.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field, and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail, well organized, and calendar driven.
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Ability and willingness to follow direction and be a team player.
  • Ability to work independently as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Knowledge or experience in the action sports industry a plus.

Physical Demands/Environment:

  • Sitting and standing eight hours per day using a computer and print machine.
  • May be exposed to loud noises and various materials.
