Salary Range: $29 - $43 / Hourly (DOE)

Under the direction of the Graphic Design Director, the Content Creation Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality photography, both studio and action, of the full range of Troy Lee Designs products, athletes, and marquee stories. The Content Creation Specialist will also film and edit short videos for social media and presentations. Additionally, the Content Creation Specialist will support the team with graphic design needs such as producing ads, flyers, catalogs, social media content, etc.

Troy Lee Designs is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator with advanced skills in photography, videography, and graphic design to join our internal Creative team. You’ll be a critical contributor to the visual identity of an industry-defining brand and be responsible for bringing to life the creative direction of Troy Lee Designs and our portfolio of group brands, including Shark, Nolan, Bering and Segura.

This position requires a critical eye for photography, innate technical skills, and the ability to encapsulate the Graphic Design Directors creative vision within the photograph. This position is responsible for capturing high-quality digital studio photography, both on and off model, for e-commerce campaigns and other marketing materials. Additionally, the Content Creation Specialist will create short videos for social media use and B2B presentations. Must also have general skills to perform graphic design work, such as creating web banners, social media graphics, and catalogs.


  • Execute well-planned, creatively exceptional and on-time projects.
  • Shoot high-quality images that are properly exposed, color consistent, and in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Ability to film and edit highly engaging video in line with brand guidelines for use on social media.
  • Manage photoshoot flow with models, athletes, etc.
  • Prepare and breakdown sets, checking that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Set up and troubleshoot lighting to match existing studio photography.
  • Define new lighting setups for projects you collaborate on.
  • Name and maintain digital asset files.
  • Maintain studio equipment, props, and supplies.
  • Help improve workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with producer on shoot schedule and retouching timing, with flexibility & understanding for shifting priorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external photographers, retouchers, stylists, and their agents.
  • Creates and adapts digital ads, web banners, social media graphics, flyers, catalogs, etc.
  • Works with team to develop creative concepts for needs beyond photography, such as storytelling, event look & feel, communication concepts, etc.

  • Thorough understanding of digital cameras, strobe lighting systems, and tethered capture€¯


Position requires a minimum of 4+ years of studio photography experience; demonstrated ability to deliver top-quality imagery. B.S. degree in Art, Graphic Design, Digital Photography, or equivalent experience. Motorcycle and bicycle industry experience strongly preferred. Technical gear and apparel experience is a plus.
