Searching for a customer satisfaction focused service manager; ideal candidate will be experienced in service advising, as well as management, with a strength in process and attention to details.

Requirements:

  • Harley-Davidson Knowledge with Proven Track Record in Automotive Service Advising/Management, prefer minimum of 2 years
  • Knowledge to Maintain a Presentable, Productive and Efficient Shop that Produces Quality Work
  • Ability to Increase Profitability by Maximizing Sales and Expense Monitoring
  • Skills to Build and Cultivate Customer Relationships
  • Capability to Work with Customers and Team Members of All Backgrounds
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Capacity to Multi-task and Work in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Desire to Promote the Dealership and its Products/Services on a Continuous Basis
  • Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
  • Motorcycle Endorsement (or can obtain quickly)

Salary: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year plus commission
