Overview

Searching for a sales and customer satisfaction focused parts manager; ideal candidate will be experienced in the technical aspects of a motorcycle, sales generation, inventory control and team leadership.

Requirements:

Proven Track Record in Motorcycle Parts Sales, prefer minimum of 2 years

Ability to Increase Profitability by Maximizing Sales, Controlling Inventory and Driving Consistent Process

Provide direct support to the Dealership’s Service Department

Skills to Build and Cultivate Customer Relationships

Capability to Work with Customers and Team Members of All Backgrounds

Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Capacity to Multi-task and Work in a Fast Paced Environment

Desire to Promote the Dealership and its Products/Services on a Continuous Basis

Drivers’ License and Clean Driving Record

Motorcycle Endorsement (or can obtain quickly)
