Tri-City Cycle is searching for a driven individual who can guide our Service Department to success. The right candidate will have previous experience as a Service Manager with a proven track record of customer retention, high department productivity, and low comebacks.

Ability to manage  and train multiple Technicians and Advisors
Multi-brand knowledge and Lightspeed experience a plus
Ability to put plans in place to increase production and profitability
A commitment to supporting the Sales Department
CSI- focused for our Yamaha OEM

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
Manage Service staff in both the front and back of the house
Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction
Actively pursue making the department profitable
Manage proactive follow up with current and previous customers
Assign tech work to the proper techs in a manageable timeframe
Monitor, interpret and evaluate reporting for technician productivity
Hire, direct, assist, and motivate department personnel to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability in a fun and upbeat environment
Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control.
