Key Competencies:

  • Efficiently communicate with customers about proposed work, costs, and expectations
  • Knowledge of powersports and basic mechanic
  • Familiarity with and understanding of modern computer software
  • Time management and awareness ( able to meet deadlines for service work)
  • Legible hand writing skills

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Determining what customers are needing done for their units (including listening and asking the right questions.)
  • Accurately write service orders
  • Daily scheduling for our technicians & customers
  • Remembering units, customers, and their needs
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis
