Key Competencies:

Efficiently communicate with customers about proposed work, costs, and expectations

Knowledge of powersports and basic mechanic

Familiarity with and understanding of modern computer software

Time management and awareness ( able to meet deadlines for service work)

Legible hand writing skills

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Determining what customers are needing done for their units (including listening and asking the right questions.)

Accurately write service orders

Daily scheduling for our technicians & customers

Remembering units, customers, and their needs

Communicate with customers on a daily basis
