Accounts Payable / Title Clerk

Accounts payable clerks are responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function. This generally includes paying company’s bills on time and makes sure the company is being billed the proper amounts. Accounts payable clerks usually receive, open and log invoices, as well as get approval to pay invoices from department heads when necessary.

Title clerks prepare and process title documents to transfer ownership of vehicles. Title clerk work in our main office, performing tasks for the dealership regarding vehicle titling and report to the office manager. Some travel may be required for this job, as title clerks may hand-deliver documents to customers and government facilities.

Requirements:

Knowledge of general accounting and budgeting.

Title clerk experience or the ability to learn with training.

Must have a clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

2 plus years of accounting experience is required
